Shipping and Return Policy

At Azure & Lavender, we strive to create products that help you look and feel better. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and 100% satisfied with your purchase, no matter what product you buy.

Returns

If you wish to start the return process, please contact our customer service at info@azureandlavender.com with your order number. We offer a 7-day return policy for in-store purchases and a 14-day return policy for online purchases, starting from the date of purchase. Some restrictions may apply, so please check our return policy for details. Upon return, you will receive a complete refund for the product.

Return Requirements:

  • Clothing must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, odor and stain free with original tags attached.
  • Shoes, gifts, and accessories must be in the original packaging.
  • All returns must include a copy of your invoice or purchase receipt.
  • Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. The policy will be void if the product sent to us is damaged in any way.

Azure & Lavender reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) mentioned above.

Preventing Return Fraud (Wardrobing):

To facilitate your return and ensure a prompt refund, the Blue Stripe Tag must remain in place and unaltered.

At Azure & Lavender, we take return fraud seriously and have implemented a robust system of security measures, including our Tag Security with unique serial numbers, to protect against wardrobing and other fraudulent activities. Our commitment to maintaining a fair and secure shopping environment for all customers is paramount.

Final Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Price adjustments will not be honored for any marked-down merchandise.

Discontinued Styles and Non-Refundable Items:

We occasionally discontinue certain styles to make way for new products. Items categorized as 'discontinued styles' are non-refundable. The discretion to decline returns for such items rests with our management and may be made without prior notice. Please consider your purchase carefully when selecting discontinued styles. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our customer service team before making your purchase.

Jewelry Items:

All jewelry sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50.00.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders under $50.00.
  • Consider bundling items to save on shipping.

Return Shipping (US Only):

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping:

  • We send international orders to US domestic addresses only, such as private international mail cargo facilities or private international mail forwarding companies, at no cost. Make sure to enter the full address of the facility at checkout when placing your order.
